These checklists are used to ensure that our crews are completing all work as discussed in the contract, per your satisfaction. You will have an opportunity to disclose any issues to us regarding the customer care we are providing to you by merely noting the issue on the checklist the Crew Leader presents to you each time we service your property. You will also be able to discuss any issues with our Account Manager at any time.
Our Quality Control Personnel does spot checks each month to ensure that all contract requirements are being met in a quality manner.
